FAITH PROGRAM
Better South Dakota believes that faith is in the forefront of our plans, leading the charge for our efforts to raise awareness for mental health and suicide prevention. Because of this, once per quarter, Better South Dakota teams up with a church or faith organization in the community to host "pop-up" events.

The four selected churches and/or organizations of the year (one per quarter) will receive a $500 award to use to help support their community's mental health journey.

The use of the award funds are at the discretion of the church/organization, and can be used to help individuals get counseling, purchase Bible journals for their services, send children to local church camps, and much more.

Alongside the $500 award, Better South Dakota provides breakfast, lunch, or dinner for the church's attendees on a selected day of service.
